how we work

	1.	Idea Let's get your idea into shape: Give us your idea and we’ll send you a quote within 24 hours *. This will require some information. The easiest /best to fill out our request form and attach a sketch, it will be helpful for us. We got a plan on a napkin made in a pub once so a drawing on a piece of paper is absolutely perfect. If you feel like drawing is out of your world, feel free to write it down or tell us your idea on phone.
	2.	Design The concept that is only yours. Once you accept our quote, we can start working together. At this point, we strongly recommend to arrange a consultation by phone or even in person, where we can figure out together what the desired medal should be. As all information becomes available to us, we start working on the project with our graphic designers.
	3.	Visual Just as you imagine. For every unique medal and prize we create a realistic visual design before production to see what the final result will be, so you have the opportunity to modify or change the details. We will only start production after your approval. If you would like to promote your event with a visual creative of the medal and share on the event page we are happy to create one.
	4.	Result Just a few steps and we're done. Your medals will be completed with a customised ribbon or neckband of your choice and wrapped for you. When everything is ready we will notify you using your contact details you have provided, and you will be able to receive the completed awards.
